Throughout my professional journey, I have always been drawn to positions in which I could make an immediate and significant impact for the better of the community and planet. Each of the roles I have held throughout my career has been community-based with the end goal of enhancing the lives of individuals through life-changing experiences. I strive to make the world a better and more equitable place for all and my work directly reflects this. I am an extremely hard worker who thrives on results and understands the importance of a proper work/life blend. Camp Ho Mita Koda Foundation
Architect of the transition from a volunteer-driven to an employee-driven foundation. Charged with leading all aspects of the organization including, but not limited to management of the Board of Directors, customer service/experience, marketing/IT, program development, human resources, volunteer & donor management, fundraising, budgeting/finance, and facility maintenance. Increased revenue from $250,00 to over $1,000,000 in just 5 years. This was after the organization that ran camp had dissolved and closed down.
2013 - 2018
Avid4 Adventure
Championed the advancement, sustainability and success of two resident camp operations. Cultivated the supervision, development, and management of a diverse team of 115 instructors and two FT directors. Executed on an operating budget of $2,400,000. Oversight of two large ACA-accredited and state-licensed facilities (750+ acres) serving over 1,500 campers per season.

Independent contractor providing courses for youth groups, camps, churches, individuals, and other clientele; Facilitate and lead certification and instructor courses including Wilderness First Aid, Small Craft Safety, Corporate Team Building, Leave No Trace Instructor Trainings, CPR/First Aid courses, Backcountry Skills, Wilderness Excursions, and more. www.crookedriveroutfitters.com

Crooked River Outfitters
Great Lakes Science Center
Engineered the overall operation of the fee-based branch of the education department; Maximized supervision, development, and management of a diverse staff of 60 instructors. Spearheaded a budget of $750,000. High focus on summer camp programming in addition to community-based youth and family programs.
2009 - 2011
Southeast Family YMCA
Accelerated the overall operations of the branch by providing fiscal, strategic, and operational leadership to reduce expenses and improve operating results in a 1,100-unit membership mission branch. Accountable for the supervision, development, and management of a diverse staff of 50. Responsible for a $500,000 fundraising goal, board development, facilities management, and community relations/collaborations; Orchestrated eight individual day camp locations in Cleveland to achieve ACA accreditation and uniformity.
2007 - 2009
Nordonia Hills YMCA
Oversaw and aligned a staff of 25 instructors; Designed, implemented and drove all branch programming (sports, wellness, licensed childcare, summer day camp, family programming, outdoor education and community relations); Streamlined and tracked a $450,000 operating budget; Provided fiscal, strategic and operational leadership to reduce expenses and improve operating results.
2024 - Present
Green River Outreach for Wilderness
Revitalized Camp GROW's wilderness summer program, driving a 171% revenue increase and 43% YOY registration growth in two months. Key achievements: launched a new website, streamlined finances, developed Expedition/Wrangler camps, and transitioned to cloud-based management.
